The cleanliness is oustanding👍👍👍. And the staffs were friendly. The best thing about Japanese hotels is they have these three-bed rooms, so it's convenient for family trips. The hotel is new and the location is very convenient, right outside of the Umeda Station, close to airport limos and trains.
The room is a little tight, but most hotels around the area are like that. The hotel was just open when we stayed, the building was nice. The lobby was very well designed. We had some luggage mailed to the hotel prior to check-in, and everything was well handled. Will recommend for business and short tourism trips. Thank you for staying Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka. The location is perfect as it is so near the Umeda stations and connected to a mall with superb eateries even till 11pm. Beds are so comfortable, rooms are always immaculately cleaned up everyday and the staff are really helpful.

We will use your comments to motivate all our staff to make efforts to ensure that you are more satisfied the next time you stay with us. there are shops at the lower floor of hotel and restaurants. Walk through the bridge can reach the Osaka station. Ther e are different railway lines to different part of Kasai area. Good location. The breakfast buffet is good. We are delighted that you were happy with your room. This hotel is very new.
Full room amenities, nice deco, good view of River Yodo, Good location minutes walk away from train n airport bus stop to Kansai and Itami Airport. Shopping area was just downstairs, with restaurants, fast food and Starbucks too.. will definitely stay again if back in Osaka.. Very Highly recommended. Being inside Yodobashi Links, it is easy to find food without even leaving the building complex that this hotel is in. It in is self is a few minutes of walking away from the station and is very clean. very nice and value for money! perfect location and everything just within few mins walk! just some comment for improvement: 1. have coin exchange machine at laundry 2. avoid coffee capsule at lobby for environmental friendly.

The breakfast selection was either western or japanese and although fine for the first two days, after that it was a bit redundant. Maybe opt out of breakfast We are extremely pleased that you were satisfied with your stay.

Overall ambience is very nice and comfortable. A room is pretty big for 4 people, and hotel also provide us New PJs everyday.

The hotel is close to main stations and very easy to commute around. Food is good and staffs are very friendly. I will definitely go back again! We also greatly appreciate your feedback on your stay. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. This hotel is relatively new. clean, offers excellent service and is located at Osaka's main train station Umeda -- which is not the Shinkansen Station in Osaka.
The rooms are a bit small for travelers from North America and Australia but average size for Japan. The one thing travelers form North America, Australia and Europe need to be aware of is that the beds at most Japanese Hotels as in Korea and very hard which can be difficult to get used to.
Everything was very new and clean. Staffs were excellent and the design is cool. The hotel is very new, only opened in late November Location wise, it is absolutely the best!!! It is simply amazing. The hotel room is clean and nicely furnished. However, due to the layout, it is too cramped for four of us.
I thought the room is 47m2 but we really found it hard to move around the room. There are 4 single beds in the room and only one table top right in front of the TV with a smaller lower adjacent table where the kettle and cups are placed. We couldn't find anywhere to place our three midsized luggages other than the small floor area between the wall and the beds.
There is also no shelving or hooks in the bathroom, so we have to place them outside below the sink. It would be nice if the hotel could free up more space in room. We are delighted to receive your compliments about the hotel's location and its facilities. We will improve our staff's service using your comments as reference.
